From our first phone call to the completion of installation, all interactions were timely, polite and professional. Contacted on extremely short notice to replace an air conditioning unit damaged during Hurricane Helene, Zach was promptly on site, evaluated our equipment and provided several well-considered alternatives. Within 48 hours, we again had air conditioning and heat! The installers, Anthony and Joshua, were the best and took great pains to ensure that our home remained clean and inconvenience kept to a minimum. Many thanks to Zach and the Air Bud’s crew.
